magnetic silica microspheres

Magnetic silica beads that we can offer are: embedding type and core shell type. The former is prepared by embedding the magnetic nanoparticles(Fe3O4 nanoparticles) in the silica microspheres and the later is by coating silica core with a layer of magnetic particles. By chemical modification, magnetic silica microspheres can link with various functional groups as well as special antibody, protein, and nucleic acid which make magnetic silica microspheres widely used in the industries of DNA/RNA/ nucleic acid purification, cell screening, immunoassay, clinical diagnosis and other various fields. a.Appearance
The suspension of silica coated magnetic beads are yellowish-brown. The structure of embedding type magnetic SiO2 microspheres is that Fe3O4 magnetic nanoparticles embedded in the monodisperse silica microspheres. The dispersant is phosphate buffer. It has good monodispersity and magnetic response. Sedimentation will happen after long time unused. Before use, shake or ultrasonic dispersion is suggested.

a.Apperance
The core shell type magnetic silica microspheres are brown suspension. The structure of core shell type is with monodisperse silica microspheres coated by a layer of magnetic nanoparticles. The dispersant is phosphate buffer. It has good mono dispersity and magnetic response. Sedimentation will happen after long time unused. Before use, shake or ultrasonic dispersion is suggested.
